Women in Law is the first initiative in Poland that aims to integrate the legal community, exchange knowledge and good practices not only among active female lawyers, but also among students, trainees and young legal professionals. We want to show that without the involvement and consideration of the voice of the younger generations entering the labour market, it is impossible to build a modern, technologically advanced and development-oriented legal industry in Poland.
What to expect
We will create a conversation about the experiences of leading legal practitioners which will serve as an inspiration for strengthening the role of women in your organisation.
We will discuss how to develop leadership, how to strengthen competencies, especially in the area of technology, and why lawyers need to address the ongoing digitisation.
