As part of Women in Law, we propose that a group of experts and experts who are experienced and distinguished by their successes in the legal market should take care of the women in Law. As part of the mentoring, we want younger participants to gain access to the substantive care of more experienced lawyers and lawyers, who in turn will also benefit from the technological knowledge of younger participants.
The programme is addressed to:
Young female legal practitioners: both students and those taking their first steps on the career path.
Experienced lawyers:
As part of reverse mentoring, experienced lawyers will be able to deepen their knowledge of innovation and new technologies, thanks to the skills of younger colleagues.
